There are two Elgin House buildings in Los Santos, one on Morningwood Boulevard and North Rockford Drive in Morningwood and the other on North Archer Avenue and Las Lagunas Boulevard in West Vinewood.

Elgin House is based on the Wilshire building in Los Angeles, California. The name is probably an inspiration from the Scottish town with the same name as Rockstar Games is based in Scotland.
The design of both buildings is very similar, with the only difference being their heights and with the West Vinewood building having two towers instead of just one. The buildings have balconies and a pool with loungers around them.
There are no events of GTA 5 that take place at this location.
