Floyd Hebert in GTA 5

Floyd Hebert is Wade Hebert’s cousin and he had been working at the Port Of Los Santos at Pier 400 since 2003. Later at some point he moved into an apartment on Vespucci Beach with Debra, after getting engaged to her. Floyd had always tried to be good since childhood but had to go through an uneventful life. He remembers stealing a pencil in school, which he regretted for life.

In 2013 when Trevor finds out that Michael might still be alive, he goes to Los Santos to confirm this. Wade takes Trevor to his cousin Floyd's apartment for a place to live in Los Santos. Floyd tries to protest against this but isn’t successful as he is too shy to stand up to Trevor.

Later Wade and Trevor accompany Floyd in disguise, to his workplace and visit the docks to find something that can be stolen. Wade is ask to take care of a sewage leak while Trevor and Floyd are asked to move around crates at the dock, which they do to maintain their cover.

They then take pictures of a Merryweather freighter ship and visit the second dock to find something more. Here Floyd is beaten up by some guards while Trevor steals a briefcase and leaves. When Floyd gets back home he sees Trevor planning a heist by drawing on his apartment wall and finds Wade covered in sewage waste. Trevor then makes Floyd give Wade a bath.

Floyd later helps Trevor steal a submersible by using a crane at the docks to pull it out of the water and load it onto a flatbed truck. If the freighter approach for the Merryweather heist is selected, Floyd helps Trevor again in the same way, this time after Trevor has stolen the superweapon from the Merryweather cargo ship. In the offshore approach Floyd and Wade deliver a truck carrying the submersible to Trevor's airfield in Sandy Shores.

Later after Trevor comes back to Los Santos when things are sorted with Martin Madrazo, Trevor arrives at Floyd’s apartment to find him standing at the door. He gets to know that Debra is back and breaks down the door to get in. An argument takes place between the three which results in Trevor killing both Debra and Floyd off-screen.

Floyd Hebert is an averagely built man with brown wavy hair combed backwards. He has a french beard and is usually dressed formally. He wears a brown check shirt and gray formal trousers with a brown belt. He also wears a wrist watch on his left hand.

• In some instances when switching to Trevor, Trevor can be seen spooning Floyd in the bedroom of his apartment while the latter is wearing pink pajamas that may belong to Debra. Upon leaving the room, Floyd can be heard crying, and lamenting what he had done to deserve such a fate.

• Floyd owns a teddy bear called Mr. Raspberry Jam. After Hang Ten, it will be attached to Trevor's truck as a unique grille ornament.

• Floyd may be seen in the apartment having a nightmare while wearing the pink pajamas. He tosses and turns and yells "Debra!". He may also have dreams relating to Mr. Raspberry Jam, possibly remembering when Trevor had first degraded the stuffed animal.
