Like the Galileo Observatory and Galileo Park, this building is most likely named after Galileo Galilei. It is an 11-story office building that houses the offices of several companies that manufacture scientific equipment.
These companies include Miasma, which makes centrifuges, Queefstat, which produces oscilloscopes, Flojoscope, which manufactures viewing instruments, Isomorph Technologies, which produces atmosphere isolators, and Thermoskite, which manufactures chemical tanks.
The building's association with Galileo, who made significant contributions to telescope technology, is further reinforced by the fact that equipment produced by these companies can be found in the Los Santos County Coroner Office and Humane Labs and Research, as seen in the missions Dead Man Walking and Monkey Business.
One of the 15 Knife Flights takes place between the Galileo House and the Vinewood Gardens Hotel.
