The Del Perro subway station is located under this building with the stairs being right outside the building. There is an inaccessible parking lot at the Maze Bank West building. On the roof is a helipad.
This location plays no role in the storyline of GTA 5.
Roof access is present but only accessible in the enhanced version of GTA Online.
In GTA Online the office's helipad allows the player to quickly select an aircraft and immediately spawn mid-air above the helipad, or select a ground vehicle to be delivered outside, without the need to exit the building on foot.
