The Osiris in GTA V is designed with heavy influences from the Pagani Huayra and LaFerrari. Its profile is distinctively curved and aerodynamic, featuring "frog-eye" headlights, a V-shaped raised hood, carbon-fiber mirrors, Gull-wing doors, and a carbon-fiber diffuser.
The car has a primary and secondary color applied on different parts of the body, with matching overstitches on the seats, steering wheel, and dashboard. The interior is shared with the Vacca, and the car features a set of five-spoke dual rims with low-profile tires.
The Osiris is a high-performance car with impressive initial acceleration, superior top speed, and excellent off-road capabilities. Its AWD layout and high torque output make it smooth at taking turns, rarely requiring a drift. The car is also stable due to its low profile and width.
It features a 6-liter V12 engine, capable of pushing 750hp, although the in-game model depicts a single-cam V8 engine, suggesting the car is turbocharged. Braking is noticeably better than other cars in the Super class.
