The Pillbox hill Medical Center is based on the California Hospital Medical Center on S Grand Avenue, Los Angeles. In GTA V the signage outside shows that it has departments of Cardio-Thoracics, Medical Physics, Urology, Radiology, Ultrasound and Endoscopy, as well as operating and emergency rooms and a chapel.
This hospital is a 10-story brick building and has a driveway near the entrance. The inaccessible interior of the building can be seen from outside. It can only be accessed for a short time during the mission Vinewood Souvenirs - Al Di Napoli.
Vinewood Souvenirs - Al Di Napoli - Al Di Napoli navigates his Dubsta through the Pillbox Hill Medical Center starting from Swiss Street, passing through the main entrance and a ward before exiting through the other side, ultimately crashing at Strawberry Avenue.
Between 18:00 pm and 05:00 am, an Ambulance may be seen responding, driving out of the southern parking lot south onto Strawberry Avenue.
Parked ambulances can be found at the northern entrance, and up to two in the southern parking lot.
