Richman Mansion is a large mansion in GTA V. It is located in Richman, Los Santos. It is surrounded by Americano Way to the south, West Eclipse Boulevard to the east and Picture Perfect Drive to the north in Richman, Los Santos, next to the golf course.

This mansion is based on the Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles. The mansion's structure and exterior appearance is also based on the Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills. The grounds of the mansion have a large pool with a grotto that covers a Jacuzzi inside.
The walls of the mansion are lit up with pink and blue lights during the night when music can also be heard playing outside. During the night many NPCs can be seen partying at the mansion especially near the pool area which include women and girls in bikinis and also topless.
This location does not appear in any storyline missions of GTA V. The mansion is not a restricted area and the player can explore the area as any protagonist.
The cave in the backyard of the mansion bares a striking resemblance to the one in the house of the Canadian rapper Drake.
One of the topless dancers in the grotto will sometimes mention "Hef" to other party-goers, hinting to the Playboy Mansion's owner Hugh Hefner.
