The Roosevelt in GTA V is designed based on Al Capone's custom 1928 Cadillac 341A Town Sedan, featuring a classic 1920s sedan look with visible frames on the front end holding dual chrome bumper bars, four drum headlights, and a chrome grille with the Albany logo.
The sides have large arches and step sides with spare wheels on the front arches, and the rear has a black luggage bag/chest and dual chrome bumper bars.
The interior is well detailed, featuring a wooden backing with brass dials, upholstered bench seats, and wooden details around the windows. The car is armored and comes in various colors, using a unique set of wire rims with circular centers.
The Roosevelt has good top speed but poor acceleration due to its weight and archaic suspension. It is durable and capable of off-roading.The car's acceleration is affected by the number of passengers. It is powered by a massive V12 engine with 6 double-barrel downdraft carburetors, producing a unique noisy sound.

The Roosevelt does not appear in any storyline missions of GTA V.
Can be found at a parking lot in Backlot City.
Sometimes spawns in the garage at 2848 Milton Road, Vinewood Hills with random modifications.
In terms of real life inspiration, the Roosevelt and its variants are the second oldest cars in the HD Universe, and are followed by the Hotknife, Z-Type, Rat Loader and Duneloader.
The Roosevelt features the newer Albany logo. This is possibly a developer oversight as the Alpha, a much newer Albany vehicle, features the old logo.
Exhaust fumes are expelled at the left side of the back of the car even though the entire exhaust system is missing. This is likely an oversight.
Upon closer inspection, the vehicle lacks any driving pedals. This is also found on the Z-Type and the Roosevelt Valor.
