The Altruist Cult Victim appears during the Random Event known as "Rogue Altruists". Found on Baytree Canyon Road in Great Chaparral, she's under attack by two elderly members of the Altruist Cult who attempt to abduct her into a Fugitive vehicle.
Before the attack, she recounts how the cult members ranted about the industrial revolution and the internet, attempting to tie her up while discussing a manifest and drinking her blood.
After the protagonist intervenes and eliminates the cult members, she requests a ride to her house on Senora Road. During the ride, the protagonist engages in conversation about the irony of the cult's technology usage, with the dialogue varying depending on which protagonist is involved. Once dropped off at her house, the event concludes.
She is seen wearing a pink top and a pair of green shorts. She has blonde hair and a necklace around her neck with a blue pendant.
Random Event - Rogue Altruists
It's impossible to do this random event with Trevor, since he is an associate of the Altruist Cult.
If the player does not help her, the two cultists will simply drive her around the map in their car but will not go to the Altruist Camp.
