Amanda De Santa in GTA 5

Amanda De Santa used to be a stripper alongside her sisters in a strip club that was run by her mother. Michael met Amanda in the strip club and the two began dating. He also paid for her breast implants and sometimes made money from her prostituion. They later got married and had two children, Jimmy and Tracey.

When Michael was worried about his family’s safety due to his criminal lifestyle, he made a deal with Dave Norton to fake his own death and move to a new place with new identities for him and his family. Amanda wasn’t very happy about the plan but it had been successfully executed with a few mistakes.

After moving to Los Santos Amanda is seen arguing a lot with Michael as he tells her to raise the children her way and without him interfering. In the events of GTA V their relationship is not the same as before.

Amanda is first seen at Michael’s set up funeral in the Prologue mission cutscene. After moving to Los Santos, she is found arguing with Tracey about her boyfriend while Michael relaxes by the pool. Michael then leaves after getting a call from his son, Jimmy, who landed himself in some trouble. While he walks through the house, he can briefly see Amanda with her tennis coach.

When Michael is back he notices the tennis rackets lying near a door and goes to check on Amanda only to find out she was sleeping with Kyle Chavis, her tennis coach. He then jumps out of the window from Amanda’s room but is chased by Michael and Franklin, who then humiliate him.

Later, at the De Santa residence, Michael finds some weed in their fridge that belongs to Jimmy. He and Amanda start arguing and to make it worse Amanda’s yoga instructor arrives at the scene that angers Michael even more. Jimmy comes in search of his weed and the three start arguing.

During the chaos Trevor walks into the kitchen and stuns everybody into silence. Michael and Trevor then leave to rescue Tracey from humiliating herself at the Fame or Shame auditions. Soon Amanda is caught shoplifting and Michael rescues her from the police by stealing the police car in which she was cuffed.

When Michael confronts her about how her stealing habits are getting worse, she tells Michael that he is no different.

Amanda decides to leave Michael for his behavior after he takes a plunge at Fabien who gets too close to Amanda during a yoga pose. She leaves Michael with Jimmy and Tracey and they move in with Fabien. Michael is left distraught after she even posts on his Lifeinvader page that Fabien keeps her satisfied physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Soon she realizes that Fabien is a worse character than Michael and is even more self-obsessed. She posts on Michael’s Lifeinvader page again asking him to let her know if he is okay. Weeks later, Jimmy visits Michael and tells him that Amanda is not happy with Fabien.

They go to the cafe where Amanda and Fabien are. Fabien insults them after which Amanda asks Michael to hit Fabien. Michael hits Fabien with a laptop and later the family goes to Dr. Friedlander for a therapy session. During the therapy session, they vent and feel better. They make promises that they’ll try to live happily together and Amanda moves back in with the kids.

During the premiere of Meltdown, Michael gets to know that Devin Westin has ordered a Merryweather hit to take down his family. Amanda and Tracey are attacked by Merryweather at the De Santa Residence but Michael takes out all the Merryweather forces except one. Jimmy comes to his rescue and takes him out.

Amanda is a woman in her thirties who has brown hair and light eyes. She usually wears a red top when at home and is often seen in sporty outfits over the course of the game and seems to have a good fashion sense. Not only that, she keeps fit by playing various sports and is even seen doing yoga and playing tennis.

Michael De Santa

Amanda is Michael De Santa’s wife and they met in a strip club back when Amanda was a stripper. They got married and had two children, Jimmy and Tracey. They moved to Los Santos after Michael thought he needed a break from his criminal life.

Jimmy and Tracey are Michael and Amanda’s children. Amanda is often seen arguing with them about the bad choices they make and tries to bring them up in a better way.

Kyle Chavis

Kyle Chavis is Amanda’s tennis coach. She is seen cheating on Michael with him after the mission Father/Son where Michael enters the room and Kyle Chavis jumps out the window.

Fabien LaRouche

Fabien is Amanda’s yoga instructor whom she leaves Michael for after she has had enough of his behavior. She however realizes he is more self-obsessed than Michael and leaves him returning home to Michael.

1. During an activity with Michael, Amanda tells him that she wishes to teach yoga and tennis to the homeless, a heavily edited dream that she only settles on after Michael scoffs at simply teaching the activities, commenting that there are "far too many" of both in Los Santos already.
2. During an activity with Michael, if the player gets drunk, Amanda will say she liked one of his old friends. A shocked Michael will then exclaim "Trevor?", but Amanda will respond "No, the other one."
3. If Franklin or Trevor steals Amanda's Sentinel, Michael will text one of two things, either: "Amanda knows you have her car, and she is on the warpath." or "Piss me off, man. But you do NOT want to get on the wrong side of Amanda."
