Banning is connected to Elysian Island through a single train bridge. It is located close to the Port of Los Santos. Its warehouses are used as storage spaces for cargo that comes from the port as Banning is entirely dedicated to industry.

By The Book

Trevor Philips was assigned by the FIB to interrogate Ferdinand Kerimov. He ties him up in a factory in Banning and tortures him to get some information out of him. After getting the required information he drives Kerimov to the airport and lets him go.
