Blitz Play is a heist mission in GTA V given to all three protagonists by Steve Haines and Dave Norton. This mission is unlocked after completing the four setup missions for this heist.
At the start of this mission, Michael, Franklin and Trevor meet at the FIB lot with the Tow Truck and the Garbage truck ready. Trevor takes off to find a vantage point to spot the securicar as it approaches them. Michael drives the garbage truck to have it in place at the right time and Franklin takes his place in the Tow Truck, ready to ram into the securicar.
After Trevor spots the securicar, Michael has to drive the garbage truck and park it in such a way so as to block the road, not letting the securicar pass. When the securicar stops, the player automatically switches to Franklin and has to ram into the securicar by driving straight out of the alleyway. Once the securicar is hit, Franklin has to plant a charge on the rear doors of the toppled van and set it off.
The two guards who get out of the van are killed and the cops are immediately alerted as the guards trigger the panic button. The LSPD along with NOOSE agents arrive at the scene. Michael and Franklin are on the ground taking out the cops with their rifles, while Trevor from the higher vantage point uses a rocket launcher to take out cop cars and then has to take out the snipers on the building with his sniper rifle. Trevor also has to take down the police chopper with his rocket launcher.
After the last few policemen are taken out, Michael instructs Franklin to destroy the garbage truck. Franklin has to drive the garbage truck to where his getaway vehicle is parked and destroy it (quickly done using sticky bombs). While driving away, Franklin calls Michael and lets him know the status of the trash truck while also asking him if everything is good on his side. Michael says he is on his way to Devin Weston’s house to deliver the bonds.
Michael meets with Devin who then asks him to do a job of picking up five expensive cars. Michael says he has someone for Devin to do the job. Devin then insists that he wants to help Michael with whatever he likes. When Michael tells him he likes watching old movies, Devin promises to hook him up with Director and Producer Solomon Richards of Richards Majestic. As soon as Michael leaves Devin Weston’s house, the mission ends.

Multiple LSPD officers and NOOSE agents are killed by Michael, Franklin and Trevor.
The two guards from the securicar can be killed by Franklin.

After this mission, Michael lets Franklin know about the job Devin Weston has for the trio. Franklin says he’ll think about it. Michael also receives an email from Molly Schultz with an appointment set up with Devin Weston at his new development at Power St. in Alta.
If the player were to replay this mission, a Cheval Fugitive is automatically used as the getaway vehicle, which will be parked in Cypress Flats.
If for any reason the player gets the Trashmaster stuck before reaching the getaway vehicle, simply destroying the trash truck there will allow them to progress forward.
Scenes of Blitz Play were seen in the first official gameplay trailer of GTA V, including the scene of Franklin ramming the armored car with the Tow truck.
Michael, Trevor and Franklin perform the Three wise monkeys pose (see, hear, speak no evil) when Dave states that some of the government is corrupt.

A. The getaway vehicle can be parked anywhere. A good spot would be somewhere close to the FIB lot in a secluded place like a wide alleyway or somewhere under a bridge.
