Carbine Rifles Mission in GTA 5

Carbine Rifles is a mission in GTA V given to Michael De Santa by Lester Crest if the player chooses the Loud Approach for the Jewel Store Job heist. This is the setup mission for the loud approach of the main heist.

Michael chooses his crew, which includes Franklin, and the loud approach for The Jewel Store Job. After this, Michael receives a text from Lester telling him that he is tracking a Tactical vehicle of the LSPD and he wants Michael to intercept and steal the vehicle.

This vehicle has the weapons required for the heist. Michael has to then steal the vehicle, killing the heavily armed guards in it and lose the wanted level before bringing it back to the garment factory. The vehicle will be spotted on the highway not very far from the Darnell Bros. garment factory.

This is a setup mission and hence there are no rewards.

After Mission

This is a setup mission for the Loud Approach of the Jewel Store Job heist. After this mission, Michael, Franklin and the rest of the crew put their plan in action by robbing the Jewel store taking the Loud Approach.

The FIB Granger in this mission has bulletproof tires.
The NOOSE tactical team members do not raise the number of NOOSE killed in Michael's stats.
The crate in the FIB Granger has "7.62" written on it, which is incorrect as the Carbine Rifle is chambered in 5.56.
