Chumash in GTA V

Chumash is a coastal town where rich people can be seen living their lives by the beach. It is strongly inspired by Malibu, California. It is located along the Western highway on a strip of land between the Tongva valley and the coast. Many houses can be seen in Chumash, outside which many middle priced cars are parked.

There are many businesses here as it seems to also be a tourist location. The beach is quieter and less crowded than the beaches of Los Santos. There is a dock called the Chumash Historic Family Pier around which two Dinka Marquis' can be spotted. People are also spotted sunbathing on the beach or chilling on their balconies. A shopping plaza called the Chumash Plaza is found here, where many brands can be found.

• There's a unique uncontrollable Squalo suspended from a small purpose-built crane at the end of the pier. The crane looks like the ones that hold lifeboats on large ships.

• The third house from the north has the wreck of a two door hatchback car. There's a hydraulic jack under the car, indicating restoration work.
