Who is Clinton in GTA 5

Clinton is a war veteran living in Sandy Shores, Blaine County.

Clinton can be found in front of a house fence on the corner of Marina Drive and Armadillo Avenue. When approached, he starts saying things and a prompt will appear to talk to him. He suffers from PTSD and tells the player about his experience as a former soldier in the military.

Clinton mentions he was once charged with a war crime.

1. He claims that he put a knife in his teeth and killed a massive amount of enemy combatants with it at one point, a clear reference to Rambo.
