Cock Rock is an easter egg in GTA 5. It consists of three rocks forming the shape of a penis and has also been previously seen in two other GTA games.
It is located at Great Ocean Highway in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness. They are a set of three dark grey rocks on the sand by the west coast.
