This apartment complex is mostly occupied by the families gang members and there is thus a high crime rate in this area. This building has nine apartments which are not accessible by the player, however the player can enter the complex building.

The name Crystal Heights could be a humorous reference to being "high", achieved by taking the methamphetamine drug, or "crystal meth", as it is more commonly known.
