Curtis Weaver lives in Dignity Village and he is wanted for the crime of assault on a police officer. Not much is revealed about this character’s background but he reveals that he hates capitalism and despises the government. He was imprisoned after a protest in Liberty City and after escaping or being released he came to San Andreas.
In the Strangers and Freaks mission for Trevor, Maude Eccles sends Trevor to capture and bring back four bail bond targets. Curtis Weaver is the fourth and final target. Trevor can find Curtis in Dignity Village where he will be seen standing with four vagrants. When Trevor calls out to Curtis, he fires 2-3 shots from his pistol at Trevor and then runs away. Trevor can easily stop him by shooting him with a stun gun or a single shot of a pistol. He can also be killed by Trevor.
If Curtis is not killed by Trevor, he will talk to him about how he landed up in Dignity Village from Liberty City on the way back. Curtis reveals that he assaulted a police officer during an anti-globalization rally with a fire extinguisher and was hence arrested for the second time.
Curtis Weaver is a 62 year old man and is seen wearing a trapper hat and has a thick white beard. His arms are covered in tattoos and he wears a dark gray vest and red suspenders clipped on to light gray trousers. He has a medium build and a tiny paunch.
