Debra is a minor character in GTA V and is the girlfriend/fiancée of Floyd Hebert, Wade Hebert’s cousin. Debra is Floyd Hebert’s girlfriend and fiancée who lives with him in his apartment but is mostly away from home because of work. When she returns home, while Trevor still lives there, she and Trevor get into a big argument which ends very badly for couple. She is voiced by Claire Byrnes.

Debra is a lawyer who often travels for work. She seems to have a tough relationship with Floyd and seems to scare him even while she’s away. Nothing much is revealed about her past. She is Floyd’s fiancée and girlfriend but she might be cheating on him with a co-worker named Bob.
Debra is seen in the mission Hang Ten before which there were only mentions of her. She doesn’t let Trevor into Floyd’s apartment after which Trevor breaks down the door and walks in. After asking Floyd to get Trevor out of the house while she screams at him, she lands up taking things into her own hands and points a gun at Trevor.
Floyd also holds a knife in his hand which angers Trevor. The scene cuts to Trevor walking out of the apartment covered in blood. Blood is also seen on the window which also appears to be cracked, showing signs of a fight and a struggle which suggests that Trevor killed both Debra and Floyd.
Debra has short brown hair and is seen weaning a white top over which she wears a brown blazer. She wears a white skirt and dark brown sandals. Her attire is formal as she is a lawyer by profession. She also wears a necklace around her neck.
Hang Ten (Killed)
Debra possibly works at the Puerto Del Sol Yacht Club. A Bleeter account called @Debra_PuertoDelSol with a user picture with the company name, writes bleets about the importance of sacrifices for job and escaping for work when it's too boring at home.

One of the phone calls between Floyd and Debra that the player can overhear reveals that Debra is too embarrassed to even admit that she loves Floyd when her co-workers are around.
A. Floyd and Debra are killed by Trevor in the mission Hang Ten after a big argument and fight breaks out between the three in Floyd’s apartment at Vespucci Beach.
