Dignity Village is a small settlement of people along Route 1. It consists of homeless people and people tired of the system and regular life. It also includes tramps, anarchists, runaways, crooks and extreme libertarians. Around the settlement there are tents and a few sheds to store items. There are even signs that read, "Capitalism is crisis", "The revolution will not be televised" and "We are: the poor, the unemployed, in debt, fed up".
The people in Dignity village will turn hostile towards the player if bothered for a long period of time but will run away if a gun is equipped by the player. This location does not play any part in the storyline of GTA V but exists in the game for purposes of added realism. However, Cutis Weaver, a bail bond target, can be found here.
Health pickup - Found on a shelf of one of the sheds
Letter scrap - Found in the same shed at the doorway.
At the entrance, there are signs that say "Yes We Camp", which is a reference to the chant "Yes We Can", used by Democratic Party nominee Barack Obama's presidential campaign in 2008.
