The Drunk Driver is a minor character in GTA V who is part of a random event. Voiced by Chris D’Elia, the drunk driver needs a ride home after drinking a lot with his friend. If the player chooses to help him, the player has to get in his car and drop him home after which he gives the player $80. If playing as Trevor, he can also be taken to the Altruist Camp.

The only thing known about him is that he got drunk previously on Thansgiving and sexually attacked a Turkey while saying, "You like my wish bone, don't cha?". Nothing else is revealed about this character.
The drunk driver can be seen in the parking lot of the La Spada restaurant in La Puerta. He and his friend will be talking about him driving home drunk. When the player approaches them, they ask the player to take the drunk driver to his house. After this the player has to enter the drunk driver's car to take him home. The random event fails if the player does not approach the drunk driver before he gets to his car.
The player has to drop him off at his house in Alta Place, Hawick. He will give the player $80 for gas and then drop an extra $15 for the player to collect after passing out in front of his door. During the journey the drunk driver talks about his friend and also sings and shouts.
The Drunk Driver has short black hair and a french beard. He is seen wearing a gray t-shirt and dark colored jeans. He also wears yellow and white sneakers, a watch on his right wrist and a band on his left wrist.

When the drunk driver throws up during the ride, he says that he will pay extra for the mess he made, however, the reward is the same as if he had not thrown up.
If the player lets the drunk driver enter in his own car at the beginning of the random event, the random event marker will disappear and the drunk driver will knock his car into some walls before driving his car into the ocean, killing himself.
The player can take the drunk driver to the Altruist Cult if playing as Trevor.
When the drunk driver collapses outside of his house, his body acts the same to the game as a dead body does: thermal scopes show his body as cold.
