Epsilon Tracts in GTA 5

Epsilon Tracts are collectibles in GTA 5 that are part of the Epsilon Program missions. There are 10 tracts to be collected and only one appears at a time.

Description

The Epsilon Tract collectibles are unlocked regardless of Michael’s decision in “Unknowing The Truth”. Marnie sends Michael clues to where the next tract can be found. At any given time only one tract is available. A message with the clue appears on Michael’s phone every time a player switches to Michael or loads a game. There are a total of 10 Epsilon Tracts to be found. Only Michael receives the clues, but any protagonist can find the tracts.

"Kifflom, brother. You are now truly one of us and are ready to write the tract, which has already been written..WE WORSHIP KRAFF WHERE THE EARTH REACHES OUT TO THE 9TH PARADIGM."	At the top of Mount Chiliad. It sits on the telescope platform near the cable car station.
"Where the first of the fleet succumbed to the waves, there the message is seeded."	Underwater in the bay off the east coast near Palomino Highlands. Locate a dinghy, which will provide diving gear. Find the tract on the ocean floor in front of an old sunken paddle steamer. There's also a briefcase of money, a health kit, and armor around this wreckage.
"When they sail from the North, they will find this offering."	Atop the northernmost island in the Pacific Ocean, north of Paleto Bay. To avoid a long swim, take a helicopter or boat.
"In the core of the mountain, where the blast is not felt, there you shall find it."	In a doorway nook, near the middle of the road tunnel that runs through Mount Chiliad in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness.
"In the rubble of the old religion, will be the basis for the new."	At the large, old church in Little Seoul on the corner of San Andreas Avenue and Ginger Street.
"Where the first fleet sailed, the new fleet will find its map."	On the pier with the Sonar Collections Dock property in Paleto Cove - on the low dock next to where the Dinghy and Submersible spawn.
"What dwelling is worthy of Kraff? He is humble, yet we exalt him."	In the entrance walkway of Dima Popov's red, castle-like mansion in Richman Glen.
"We are not dinosaurs, or plants, but a tree in the jet stream may hold Kraff's true word."	Next to the highest tree in San Andreas, on top of Mount Chiliad. Next to the tree closest to the telescope platform near the cable car station where #1 was located.
"The tallest obelisk of glass and steel holds no comparison to the word of Kraff."	On top of the Maze Bank, in the middle of the rooftop helipad. Use a helicopter to reach this Downtown, Pillbox Hill location.
"Where they discard their earthly prisons, there you may find the germ of a higher civilization."	In the cemetery of Pacific Bluffs, next to the tomb on the small island. There is also a Letter Scrap to be found on the same island.

Rewards

The only reward for collecting all the Epsilon tracts is a Congratulations message and a link sent by Marnie which is a complete set of excerpts, "The Epsilon Tract of the 9th Paradigm. Year 157". You can open the link in the email to go directly towww.epsilonprogram.com/tract. Getting all Tract collectibles and following the website link completes Michael's involvement with the Epsilon Program. No new missions or objectives will be given.

Trivia

Given that Marnie offers the collection challenge to Michael and indicates that he's "one of us" regardless of the outcome of Unknowing the Truth, it's possible that Michael's actions (even if it involved stealing the money) were actually expected, or Marnie is too far gone to care.
