The fist can be used for much more in GTA 5 than it could in the previous games. In GTA 5 the fist can be used to show people the middle finger while in a vehicle. Pedestrians react by saying something or getting furious. They might sometimes attack you for showing them the middle finger while NPCs in other vehicles will either chase you or drive away recklessly.
(The fists in first person perspective)
The fist can not only punch but attack in different styles as even slapping is possible in GTA 5. While running towards the target the player punches the target with higher power knocking them out in one hit. Stealth attacks are like karate chops from the back but with the fist closed. The player uses both right and left fists while in a fight.
There are no customizations for the fist.
A. The running punch attack with the fist is a one hit kill which may always help you win a fist fight.
A. To dodge an attack in a fist fight press SPACE on PC, SQUARE on PlayStation and X on XBox consoles.
