Design and Performance

The Gusenberg Sweeper is based on the .45 ACP M1928A1 Thompson Submachine Gun. It has a circular magazine with a default capacity of 30 rounds which can be upgraded to 60 rounds with the extended clip. There are wooden fittings seen on this gun as the handguard, grip and stock. The rest of the body has a metal finish. It is part of the Machine Guns class in the game even though it is considered to be a light machine gun.

The Gusenberg Sweeper is a very powerful and accurate gun. The default magazine might seem to be a problem but the gun works wonders when used with the extended clip carrying 60 rounds. This submachine gun shoots with so much force that it can move a vehicle forwards or backwards when spraying bullets. It can take down armored targets in 3-4 bullets and kills instantly with headshots even through helmets. The spray of the Gusenberg Sweeper makes it easy to take out helicopters as well. A single spray of 60 rounds can set an engine on fire and cause it to explode. This gun is very handy in gunfights with or without cover, as the reload time isn’t too much, and when upgraded, the mag capacity is also great.
