Harold Joseph (Stretch) In GTA 5

Harold Joseph joined the Chamberlain Gangsters Families early in his life and began drug dealing and gang banging. He became friends with Lamar and Franklin but later on Franklin Clinton developed a dislike towards Stretch for his behavior.

In 2013, Stretch was arrested and got out of jail during the early phase of the GTA V storyline.

Stretch comes to visit Franklin and Lamar at their house in Strawberry as a casual meeting was set up with him by Lamar. Stretch takes the two to meet D who sets them up and is killed by Stretch. The trio escapes the ambush and get away with Franklin getting madder at Stretch for risking their lives.

Soon Lamar and Franklin are about to go on a drug deal set up by Stretch with a gangster in Grove Street and are accompanied by Trevor. Trevor reveals that the brick was just drywall and not entirely what they came for and a gunfight takes place. The trio escape from there and get back home safe with Stretch landing them in trouble once again.

Towards the end of the storyline Stretch convinces Lamar to come down to the Ballas hideout in Paleto Bay where he gets kidnapped as it was a trap. Franklin sets out to rescue Lamar after his girlfriend Tanisha convinces him to do so. With the help of Michael, Trevor and Lester, he rescues Lamar and they take out all the Ballas there. Franklin talks to Lamar about how Stretch has always been setting them up and how it is time for Lamar to get settled.

After Franklin is instructed by Steve Haines and Devin Weston to kill either of his friends, Franklin gets together with both his mates and Michael finally takes out Stretch in the process of eliminating all their enemies.

Stretch is a middle aged man with an average build who normally wears a white t-shirt and blue shorts along with black and green sneakers. Stretch has multiple tattoos all over his body and he wears a silver chain around his neck and on his right wrist.

On his left wrist is a green band. He is also seen wearing a black and green cap when he meets Franklin adn Lamar in Strawberry.

• Despite the hostility shown towards Stretch, it seems like Franklin still wanted to invite him into the Forum Gangsters set, although he may have just brought it up to silence Lamar.

• If he is killed via melee attack in The Third Way, the following news reports on his death will still say that Stretch died in a gunfight. This is likely an oversight.

• It is possible to knock Stretch's cap off, and originally he didn't even wear the cap at all. He is only seen wearing his cap in The Long Stretch.

• The player can have Franklin call Stretch after certain missions. These conversations will initially start off civil before turning into heated arguments over their current situations, while after Lamar Down, they officially break off their friendship because of what Stretch did to Lamar.
