Hayes Autos In GTA 5

(The Hayes Autos compound just outside the inaccessible garage)

Hayes Autos is a small garage with mostly wrecked vehicles found around the place. Radio Los Santos is heard playing inside the garage. This location appears in the car theft missions for Devin Weston and is the only time the inside can be accessed. A shop in Rancho on Carson Avenue also bears the same logo of Hayes Autos but there is no proper connection established between the two to consider them branches of the same business.

During the Devin Weston car theft missions the interiors of this garage can be seen during the cutscene. It is first seen in the mission “I Fought The Law…” when Trevor and Michael steal the Cheetah and Entity XF and bring them to the garage. Later when Franklin steals the JB 700 he has to drive it to Hayes Autos to store it. On the wall behind in the garage there is a blue checklist of the cars that Devin Weston asks for.

When the final Pegassi Monroe is delivered by Franklin the interior isn’t shown and the car only has to be loaded onto the trailer outside of Hayes Auto where the other cars have already been loaded.

• Another auto shop in Rancho on Carson Avenue also bears the Hayes Autos logo in two places, one being a direct copy of the wall outside the actual Hayes Autos. The interior building, however, bears none of the logos, meaning this is likely a copy and paste job by Rockstar rather than evidence of Hayes Autos having multiple locations like its similarly named counterpart, Hayes Auto Body Shop.
