The Humans of Los Santos achievement/trophy is unlocked by unlocking all special characters in Director Mode and then entering the mode as any one of them.
These special characters become available as you meet them around Los Santos. The special characters are:

Baygor
Bill Binder
Clinton
Griff
Impotent Rage
Jerome
Jesse
Mani
Pamela Drake
Zombie
A player unlocks a special character after meeting them in the game.
In Director Mode, first-Person View is only available when the actor selected is a GTA Online character or a Singleplayer protagonist.
All special characters in director mode are soapboxers in the game.
A. The Humans of Los Santos achievement is unlocked after unlocking all special characters, who are mostly soapboxers in the game, in Director Mode and then entering Director Mode as any one of them.
