Isaac Penny In GTA 5

Isaac Penny in GTA V is a venture capitalist. In 2013, he devised a strategy to secure a dominant position within the Vapid Motor Company. This plan involved purchasing a controlling stake and intentionally downsizing the workforce, a move aimed at reducing the company's stock value. This calculated approach would enable him to acquire a more substantial majority share in the company.

In GTA V, Isaac Penny is involved in a plot that Lester Crest uncovers. To thwart Penny's scheme and capitalize on it, Lester hires Franklin Clinton for an assassination task. Lester reveals that Isaac is a wealthy individual who follows a predictable bus route to and from work. Franklin commandeers the bus along Penny's route and eventually picks him up in Downtown Los Santos.

However, Isaac believes the bus fare has increased, prompting him to disembark and steal a bicycle. Franklin pursues and ultimately eliminates Penny. Isaac's death triggers a decline in Vapid's stock prices, allowing Lester to strategically invest and profit by purchasing shares at lower rates and later selling them for substantial gains.

• Penny's character model is that of a generic NPC. The same NPC model can be seen as one of the hostages during The Paleto Score.

• Penny's route will take him to Mount Zonah Medical Center, where he will get off the bike and then attempt to escape on foot in an unscripted route.
