Jesco White is an American folk dancer and entertainer, born on the 30th of July, 1956. He is also known as “The Dancing Outlaw” and “The Dancing Hillbilly”. He was born in Bandy Town, West Virginia in the United States of America.
Jesco White can be found tap dancing to "If You Wanna Get To Heaven" by Ozark Mountain Daredevils on a portable radio in front of a house at the Foreclosed North Alamo Pier off North Calafia Way. This is an easter egg and the only place where the host of Rebel Radio can be found physically. He dances for the duration of the song and it will loop again.
If any protagonist's special abilities are used, it won’t affect his dancing and he will continue to dance at a normal speed and not in slow motion.
In GTA V, Jesco White appears as a tap dancer dressed in a black t-shirt over which is a checkered waistcoat and dark colored jeans. He wears tap dancing shoes, a cap and a wrist watch on his left hand. Jesco has a white beard and also has tattoos on both his arms.
This character does not appear in any missions and only appears as part of an easter egg.
His dancing animation is not affected by slow motion. (i.e by using special abilities or opening the weapon wheel.) If slow motion is triggered, his dancing animation will still play at normal speed, likely due to the fact that he was animated via motion capture.
