Johnny Klebitz was born and brought up in Acter, Alderney in Liberty City. His older brother’s friend Billy Gray got him into the Lost MC. He started his life of crime very early and lived most of his life being part of the biker gang The Lost MC. Johnny had a girlfriend Ashley Butler whom he saved multiple times but they broke up due to her affair with Billy and her drug addiction. He was still just a phone call away from her all the time.
At some point between 2008 and 2013, Johnny relocated to Blaine County along with the other members of the Lost MC. They got to know Trevor Philips and sometimes did business with him. However he was not good news for them.
In 2013, during the events of GTA V, Johnny decides to confront Trevor about having sex with his girlfriend Ashley. Wade and Ron are seen trying to stop Johnny from talking to Trevor but he ignores them and continues his charge forward.
When Johnny arrives near Trevor’s trailer, Trevor is seen storming out as he just saw something very shocking on the news, proof that Michael might still be alive. He walks away and Johnny follows him telling him that what he is doing is wrong and that he still loves Ashley.
Trevor, in a fit of rage, takes Johnny to a side and suddenly attacks him with a beer bottle eventually killing him. After realizing what he just did, Trevor asks Ron and Wade to come along with him to go to where the Lost MC gang members are, leaving Ashley to mourn over Johnny.
Johnny Klebitz is a well-built man in his late thirties who is a member of a motorcycle club. He has fine hair and a mustache that extends to his beard. He wears a Lost MC leather jacket with multiple patches on it over a green shirt. He wears light blue jeans and brown shoes and also has tattoos all over his body.

Johnny's eye color changes from the GTA IV era to the GTA V era. In GTA IV and its episodes, his eyes are green, but in GTA V, they are brown.
