Knife Flights are aerial challenges in GTA V. There are 15 knife flight challenges to be completed where a player has to fly a plane with the wings being vertical while passing specified locations.

There are 15 Knife Flight challenges to be completed. The plane's wings have to be aligned vertically while passing the designated fly by zone. 8 of these 15 count towards the 100% completion of the game. Completing these Knife Flight challenges and the Under The Bridge challenges unlocks the “Close Shave” achievement/trophy. Only planes and not helicopters can be used to complete these challenges.

There are no rewards for completing all 15 Knife Flights. However if 15 Knife Flights as well as the 50 Under The Bridge challenges are completed, a player receives the “Close Shave” trophy.
