Kortz Center is an arts museum in GTA V. It is located on Kortz Drive in Pacific Bluffs, Los Santos. The Kortz Center is located on a hill and can be accessed by driving up the road that leads to the gate from Vinewood Hills.

The Kortz Center is based on the Getty Center, which is a campus of the Getty Museum located in Brentwood, Los Angeles. It is an arts and entertainment museum in Los Santos located on the hills of Pacific Bluffs.
The Kortz Center is divided into four buildings with different exhibits. There four buildings are the Low Rotunda, the Moseley Building, the Bell Building and the Biranda Building.
The melodic sound of church bells can be heard emanating from the Kortz Center. They play the Westminster Quarters clock chime melody once per hour, followed by a bong for each hour that has passed. There is a labyrinth made of bushes within the Kortz Center.
The Wrap Up - Michael and Dave Norton meet at the Kortz Center to discuss something related to the recent attack on the Merryweather by him and Trevor. They are ambushed by Steve Haines and Agent Sanchez. The IAA also arrives at the scene led by the U.L Contact. Soon a few FIB agents working with agent Sanchez and also the Merryweather arrive.
This leads to a shootout among them after Steve Haines shoots agent Sanchez for betraying him after getting shot in the leg by an FIB agent. Michael and Dave escape the chaotic gunfight and get out alive.

The banner for the "Qing Dynasty Love" exhibit at the center has the wrong description, it uses the description from the "Russian Literature" exhibit, even retaining the reference to Europe. The correct description can be seen on the yellow plaques outside the Low Rotunda building.
Being spotted in the Center by security guards after hours will result in a one-star wanted level.
After the mission The Wrap Up, a destroyed Merryweather chopper can be seen in one of the fountains for the rest of the game.
