The exterior of the house is well-equipped with security devices like CCTV cameras, an intercom, fences and also speakers that make a barking sound with a board that says “Beware of Dog”. There is a double parking space in front of the house. The house has a sloping roof and multiple antennae can be spotted on the roof.
All doorways in the house are wider than the normal width to fit Lester’s wheelchair. The house is full of boxes and computer screens. Lester manages all his surveillance services on these computer screens. All windows and other sources of natural light are covered with either blankets, wooden boards or newspaper clippings taped together.
