Who is Manuel in GTA 5

Manuel is a man of Mexican descent and mentions that his family has been living in the United States for over 200 years.

Joe and Josef wrongly accuse Manuel of being an illegal immigrant. They arrest him with Trevor’s help and even throw away his citizenship documents. However, Manuel’s family has been living in America for more than 200 years and he cannot be thrown out.

He then comes across Trevor Philips, the man who helped Joe and Josef put him into this mess. Manuel informs Trevor about the reality of the situation and tells him that he owes his family. He fearlessly asks Trevor to “finish the job” and kill Joe and Josef. He also mentions that he won’t be paying him a penny.

Manuel wears a cowboy hat and has a thick mustache. He wears a blue denim shirt.
