She is first seen in the mission “I Fought The Law…” at the construction site with Devin Weston where he explains to the trio what their job is concerned with the stealing of expensive cars. She is also seen at the airport in Devin Weston’s hangar when Franklin goes to drop off the Z-Type.

Later, when Devin Weston decides to take advantage of the situation with Solomon Richards and Michael regarding the movie Meltdown, Molly is seen with Devin at Solomon’s office when Michael walks in. Molly takes the copy of the film and drives to Los Santos International Airport as she is being pursued by Michael. Molly assumes Michael is chasing after her when Michael only wanted to speak and in a haste, Molly gets too close to the engine of the plane and gets sucked in and shredded to pieces.

Later, Devin Weston gets the Merryweather to attack and kill Michael’s family and lets him know at the premiere of the movie Meltdown, which he does not succeed at. Later, he asks Franklin to kill Michael in retaliation for Molly’s death and as Michael had become somewhat of a liability to him.

Molly Schultz is always seen dressed in a navy blue blazer and trousers. She has short brown hair and she wears a white wrist watch on her left hand, black heels for shoes, and also wears glasses. Around her neck is a chain with a pendant of some sort.
