Molly Schultz is an antagonist in GTA V, who is the lawyer and assistant of billionaire Devin Weston. She is also the Senior Vice President and General Counsel to his business. She lives in Los Santos and is mostly seen with Devin Weston. Molly Schultz is voiced by Elizabeth Mason. She is always seen doing whatever Devin Weston instructs her to do.

Molly Schultz studied law at Vespucci University and completed her Msc in Corporate raiding at ULSA. She went on to work for the litigation team of Globe Oil and then Redwood Cigarettes where she overturned 26 class action lawsuits linking tobacco to lung cancer. In 2009, Devin Weston found her at a ‘Resistance Training in Rwanda’.
Molly Schultz appears with Devin Weston on multiple occasions as she assists him. She is first seen in the mission “I Fought The Law…” at the construction site with Devin Weston where he explains to the trio what their job is concerned with the stealing of expensive cars. She is also seen at the airport in Devin Weston’s hangar when Franklin goes to drop off the Z-Type.
Later, when Devin Weston decides to take advantage of the situation with Solomon Richards and Michael regarding the movie Meltdown, Molly is seen with Devin at Solomon’s office when Michael walks in. Molly takes the copy of the film and drives to Los Santos International Airport as she is being pursued by Michael. Molly assumes Michael is chasing after her when Michael only wanted to speak and in a haste, Molly gets too close to the engine of the plane and gets sucked in and shredded to pieces.
Later, Devin Weston gets the Merryweather to attack and kill Michael’s family and lets him know at the premiere of the movie Meltdown, which he does not succeed at. Later, he asks Franklin to kill Michael in retaliation for Molly’s death and as Michael had become somewhat of a liability to him.
Molly Schultz is always seen dressed in a navy blue blazer and trousers. She has short brown hair and she wears a white wrist watch on her left hand, black heels for shoes, and also wears glasses. Around her neck is a chain with a pendant of some sort.

Molly's name and appearance may be a reference to Molly McIntire of the American Girl series, specifically in the book A Spy on the Home Front where Molly McIntire spends time with her friend Anna Schulz and her family. In addition, Devin Weston's surname may have been taken from the novel, as Anna's father Fritz works at a garage in Weston, Illinois.
According to her profile on bedevinweston.com, while a senior in high school, Molly successfully sued three members of the teaching staff when she was not named homecoming queen.
Schultz's phone number is 346-555-0174. If the player dials this number after "I Fought the Law...", they will be directed to Cletus Ewing's voicemail. The reason is unknown.
She has unused clothes found in the game files. Those consist of differently colored suits, a skirt, a light sweater and a scarf.
