The Mule is a commercial box truck that has six different liveries of different in-game brands. The headlights are circular in shape with the turn indicators to the sides and the front grille in between both headlight panels. The tail lights on the Mule are small rectangular lights, two on the rear carriage and four lights including the reverse lights and indicators under it. The rear part has a door that leads to the back which accommodates four passengers.
The Mule has an average performance as it is quite a heavy vehicle. On upwards slopes it moves as slow as 30mph. The suspension, however, is great and improves the handling of the vehicle. The top speed of this vehicle is around 60-70 mph. It is a rear wheel drive vehicle and no engine specifications are revealed.
This vehicle cannot be modified.
This vehicle has no prominent appearances in the storyline missions of GTA V.
Seen driven around the Port of Los Santos by NPCs.

In the PS3/Xbox 360 versions of the game, Mules from a distance will appear to have bright white wheels, this is most likely a texture glitch. This is most effective at night. This has been fixed in the enhanced version of the game.
When a hostile pedestrian tries to pull the player out of the vehicle to start fighting, they will instead enter the Mule and drive off.
If the player stands on the front end of the cargo-hold's roof while an NPC/another player drives, the truck may randomly "wheelie", causing the player to fall off.
