Nightstick in GTA 5

The nightstick retains its appearance from the previous games, however it is now more detailed and visually appealing. It has an LSPD officer badge on it which can be seen better in first person perspective and in Ammu-Nation while inspecting. It has the standard nightstick black finish and shape.

The nightstick is a one hand held melee weapon that can easily take down pedestrians with one hit. This weapon can also be used while running and also on a motorcycle. It is a quick melee weapon as it is held in just one hand, compared to the speed of the baseball bat. The nightstick might take more than one hit to take down police officers or targets with armor. It has a better range than the fist and gives damage similar to that of the Hammer and Crowbar.

There are no customizations for this weapon.

1. Can be purchased at Ammu-Nation for $100.
2. Can be obtained from dead Security Guards.
3. Can be obtained rarely from dead police officers at LSIA if killed before they pull out a weapon.

1. The Nightstick is not present in GTA III or GTA IV.
