Out of Your Depth in GTA 5

To unlock the achievement Out Of Your Depth a player has to get killed by a shark in the ocean. This can be done by driving a boat into the deep waters in the middle of the Pacific ocean where sharks usually spawn.

The player has to jump out of the boat, into the water, and wait for a shark to spawn and kill the player. An easier and faster way is to drive a boat to the end of the map where the vehicle will get disabled and a shark will immediately spawn to kill the player, but it may take a few mins to reach the edge of the map.

1. Even if the player has the Invincibility Cheat active, a shark's bite will still kill the player.
2. Reaching the edge of the map in GTA V will cause all vehicles to break down and cause a shark to instantly spawn. This can be avoided by switching to a different character, then back to the first character.
