Pack Man is a storyline mission in GTA V performed by Franklin Clinton, Trevor Philips, and Lamar Davis. In this mission, Lamar calls in Franklin and Trevor to help with delivering the cars obtained for Devin Weston to Molly Schultz.
At the start of this mission, Trevor receives a call from Lamar Davis(If the mission is started as Trevor) asking him to pick up the trailer with the cars and meet him and Franklin near the garage where he will be waiting with the final car. Franklin also receives a call from Lamar(if the mission is started as Franklin) asking to meet him near the Glass Doors garage.
Franklin has to then meet Lamar and drive the Pegassi Monroe to where Trevor is waiting with the trailer. He also has to drive it onto the trailer. Lamar and Franklin both get into the front with Trevor and Trevor starts driving the trailer towards Paleto bay. On the way the police suspect that the cars on the trailer are stolen and start following the trailer.
Franklin gets out and into the JB 700 to use the newly fitted weapons to take out the cops. He drives the JB 700 off the trailer and has to take out the cops using the guns mounted to the car and the spike strips that it can deploy behind it. After taking out the cop cars Franklin calls Molly Schultz who instructs him to meet her at the Procopio Truck Stop. When Franklin arrives at the Truk stop and asks Molly for the money and about where Devin Weston is she says that they cannot be seen together and that their money is being invested in his alpha fund.
Molly leaves, making Franklin annoyed that he and the team are not being paid. The mission ends here.

After this mission, Trevor visits Franklin at his Aunt’s house and tells him what happened to Michael after North Yankton at the grave but refuses to come rescue him. Franklin sets out on his own with a little help from Lester to find Michael and rescue him.
In a pre-release screenshot and in the 2nd trailer, the police chase for this mission was shown to be taking place in Los Santos, not on the highway outside of Paleto Bay.
The police wanted level will never go up, regardless of how many cop cars the player destroys. In fact, the wanted level will go down after killing a certain number of cops. This is likely for balancing reasons.
This mission's name is a reference to the iconic Namco game Pac-Man, as well as being a word-play on the fact a Packer is featured prominently.
After all police cars are wiped out, the JB 700 will always set the radio to Non Stop Pop FM, with the song Work (Freemasons remix), by Kelly Rowland playing.
