The Albany Primo borrows most of its features from the 1992-1997 Cadillac Seville, but mostly the 1995 Cadillac Seville STS. It has similar rectangular headlights without the turn indicators stretching to the front edges of the car. Between both the headlights is the upgradable front grille. A primary and secondary color can be applied to the Primo.
The tail lights have a unique design covering the entire rear end stretch with the lights, only keeping the plate in between. Above the tail lights is the lettering of the manufacturer, the car name, and the manufacturer logo. This vehicle has rectangular side mirrors and its turn indicators are placed on the side of its body just in front of its front wheels.
The Albany Primo gives the vibe of a luxury car while just being a 4-seater sedan. Its acceleration is very slow, making it take up to 7 seconds to go from 0-60mph. This vehicle has great handling though and can make turns even at high speeds. The top speed is around 100 mph which is below average for a car like the Primo. It appears to be powered by a V8 engine with a 5-speed gearbox and has a rear wheel drive layout.

The Jewel Store Job - The Primo appears in the Smart approach.
Found in the Port of Los Santos.
During the mission Pulling Favors, the player is asked to recover a two tone white and black Primo, which is broken, as the engine doesn't start when the car is entered. It can be, however, taken to a garage and normally saved.
Can be found in a Random Event in which the player has to untie a wedding groom from a light pole. After dropping the guy and his friend off, there will be a unique colored Primo parked near the St. Brigid Baptist Church in Paleto Bay, Blaine County.
When changing the wheel color on custom rims, if the mesh grille is equipped, the grille will be the same color as the rims.
The player can modify the Primo to look like the Spanish Lords Primo V8 Supercharged from GTA IV. Its trim and grille, however, cannot be painted.
There is a bug with the Primo: when applying custom rims on the car (exposing the brakes), the calipers glow the same way as the vehicle's lights. It is more evident at night time, particularly in dark areas.
If the player is in Blaine County, the default radio station for the Primo is Blaine County Talk Radio. If the player is not in Blaine County, the car's radio randomly selects which radio station to tune into.
