Who is Sapphire in GTA 5

Sapphire is the only stripper that interacts with the main character in a mission. She appears in the mission Hang Ten cutscene.

When Sapphire is giving you a lap dance you can fill her like meter by flirting or touching her, however, if the bouncer nearby spots you touching her more than three times he’ll kick you out of the club. After completing the mission Hang Ten, this won’t happen.
