Small Town, Big Job is an achievement/trophy in GTA 5 unlocked for completing the mission The Paleto Score.
This is one of the secret achievements that unlocks automatically during the storyline gameplay. The Paleto Score is the 46th mission in chronological order.

To unlock the Small Town, Big Job achievement/trophy, the player has to simply complete the mission “The Paleto Score”.
The Paleto Score is a heist mission given to Michael, Trevor and Franklin in order to secure funds for the equipment needed for their next mission at the Humane Labs And Research facility. This heist has just one setup mission.
This heist originally had another option where Franklin would rescue the crew in a tank.
In the beta, this mission took place at night.
A. To unlock the Small Town, Big Job achievement/trophy the player has to simply complete the mission “The Paleto Score”. The achievement is unlocked at the end of the mission.
