The Stretch in GTA 5 is a stretched version of the Albany Washington which also appears in the game. It is based on the Lincoln Town Car. It has a long hood with a horizontal grille and rectangular headlights that stretch to the sides of the bumper. A small portion of the grille is located down near the license plate. The rear bumper has a similar design to the front one. The rear seats have a total of six windows with three on each side including the one attached to the rear door. There is a sunroof at the rear end in alignment with the rear door.
The Stretch feels a bit light and has a great top speed for a limousine. The acceleration is mediocre and the handling is really good. It is powered by a V8 engine with a 5-speed gearbox and rear wheel drive layout.
This vehicle cannot be modified.
Meltdown - A special Stretch with a custom license plate that reads "V1N3W88D" is used to transport Michael de Santa and Jimmy De Santa to the movie premiere at the Oriental Theater. It can be driven home by Michael later during the mission.
Two Stretches, one black and one white, spawn in front of Michael's hangar at the Los Santos International Airport.
Can be spawned using cheat codes.
Can be obtained during the mission Meltdown, featuring a special license plate that reads "V1N3W88D".
Can be found parked in front of Tequi-la-la in West Vinewood.
Spawns around in Downtown Vinewood.
Can be found spawned at Marlowe Vineyards in Tongva Hills.
Sometimes, when switching to Trevor, he will be seen driving a black Stretch with a blank license plate.
The pink Stretch can sometimes be found parked outside Cockatoos in the Enhanced Version of the game.
The bottom texture of the Stretch appears to not reach the rear end properly, having the usual textures for the rear axle almost where the rear doors are located. However, a duplicate is still used for where the actual wheels are located.
In GTA IV the Stretch Limo has a small chance of spawning without the boomerang antenna. They often spawn without a boomerang antenna in Middle Park East during night time.
The Stretch always plays Lowdown 91.1 or Space 103.2 radio stations by default, when entered.
In the beta version of GTA Vice City, the exhaust pipes on the Stretch were normal and textured, but in the retail version they are transparent, almost glass-like.
