Tanisha In GTA 5

Tanisha Jackson is a minor character in GTA 5 and she is the ex-girlfriend of protagonist Franklin Clinton.

She only appears once throughout GTA V and is otherwise seen conversing with Franklin through emails, text or phone calls. Tanisha Jackson is voiced by Yasha Jackson.

Background

Tanisha is friends with Franklin and Lamar since they attended Davis High School together in South Los Santos. Not much is revealed about where she lives and other details about her family. She and Franklin dated and broke up just prior to the events of GTA 5.

Events of GTA 5

Tanisha and Franklin break up as Franklin is involved with gangs and her brother who passed away some time ago died due to some gang involvement. Throughout the game Tanisha and Franklin are seen communicating via text messages, phone calls and emails.

Later on when Lamar gets kidnapped by the Ballas, Tanisha visits Franklin at his house in Vinewood Hills and informs him that she is getting married to Jayden, a doctor. She also tells him about Lamar being set up by Stretch and kidnapped by the Ballas gang and that he should save his friend.

After the end of the game, no matter which ending is chosen, Tanisha calls Franklin and informs him that she is getting married the next day. He accepts it and wishes her the best.

Appearance

Tanisha is seen in the mission Lamar Down wearing a red top over which is a leather jacket. She wears black three-fourth trousers and black and red heels with a white anklet around her left ankle. She has black hair that is normally left open and also wears a chain with a triangular pendant around her neck.

Trivia

In GTA Online, Tanisha owns a red Pfister Astron with the license plate "TAN1SHA" that can be found parked in Franklin's driveway. She does not however physically appear in GTA Online.
The Agency Security Guard calls Tanisha "Mrs. Clinton" in random idle dialogue in the F. Clinton and Partner Agency.
