The Lost Girl discloses that she joined The Lost Motorcycle Club nearly a decade ago as an act of rebellion against her parents and due to her attraction to the allure of outlaw gang life. Initially drawn to the tough image, money, and drugs, she eventually began to regret her choice.
Over time, she grew unhappy and started missing her family. She even attended therapy sessions, which made her realize that being treated like an object within the gang negatively impacted her self-esteem.
The player encounters the girl during the Snatched random event, where she is kidnapped by members of The Lost gang in Vinewood Hills. After rescuing her, she asks for a ride to Ineseno Road in Chumash.
On the way, she shares her story with the protagonist, including a call from a friend to meet at Dara's place in Chumash. During the journey, they're ambushed by another group of The Lost members, who turn out to be her uncles.
She explains that she ran away from The Lost because they disapproved of her boyfriend and she stole money from the gang. She also mentions her therapy sessions and her regrettable tattoo of The Lost logo. The protagonist realizes that some of her story might be fabricated, and they drop her off in Chumash.

It is possible to take her to the Altruist Cult when playing as Trevor and she has no cash reward when taken to her destination, however her later appearance in GTA Online confirms this is not canon.
