The Wrap Up is an action-packed storyline mission in GTA V which includes protagonists Michael De Santa and Trevor Philips. The events of this mission take place at the Kortz Center in Pacific Bluffs. Michael and Dave have to escape from the location and try to make it out alive after a gun fight breaks out between the IAA, FIB and also Merryweather security.
In this mission, Michael and Dave meet to discuss the successful raid on the FIB headquarters, but their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of Steve Haines and Andreas Sanchez. Haines orders the arrest of Michael and Dave, leading to a four-way Mexican standoff. Before they can lower their guns, IAA agents and a rival group of corrupt FIB agents also appear, leading to an all-out firefight. Haines escapes, while Michael and Dave try to help each other and fight their way through the enemies.
Trevor, who is hiding in another part of the museum, kills the pilot of a Buzzard helicopter with a sniper rifle, then provides support for Dave while complaining about saving the man who killed Brad. Michael and Trevor must fight their way through FIB agents and Merryweather troops to reach Dave.
They learn that the FIB team sent to the museum is a corrupt division that has either gone rogue or is on the IAA payroll. Michael and Dave escape the museum, while Trevor and Michael argue about their trust issues and agree to finish off their last big score, the Union Depository.
Finally, Dave explains that the IAA affairs will be dealt with using Sanchez as the scapegoat, but Haines refuses to cooperate until Trevor is eliminated. Michael expresses reluctance to kill his former partner.

Andreas Sanchez - Killed by Steve Haines.
Several FIB agents, Merryweather agents and IAA agents are killed by either Michael, Trevor, Dave, or Merryweather and IAA agents.
There are no rewards for this mission.
After this mission, Michael and Trevor help Franklin rescue Lamar from the Paleto Forest Sawmill after he is kidnapped by the Ballas.
The standoff between the different agencies, and the ensuing shoot-out, are very similar to the final ones in the 1998 film Enemy of the State.
This is one of the rare mission appearances of the FIB tactical teams.
After this mission, a crashed Buzzard helicopter will thereafter be seen in one of the Center's fountains.
If the player immediately switches to Trevor after completing the mission, he will be seen walking down a street, saying "Oh Michael, Michael, Michael...what will you do without me?".
