To Live or Die in Los Santos is an achievement/trophy in GTA 5 unlocked after completing the final mission of the game. This is one of the secret achievements unlocked automatically during storyline gameplay.

To unlock this trophy, the player has to complete the final mission of GTA V. There are three different endings that a player can choose. Completing any of the three will unlock the trophy.
Franklin has the choice to kill either Michael or Trevor in Option A (Something Sensible) and B (The Time’s Come) whereas in Option C (The Third Way), Michael, Franklin and Trevor take out their enemies (Devin Weston, Stretch, Steve Haines and Wei Cheng) together.
The end credits begin to roll after completing the final mission. The achievement pops up just when the credits begin to roll.
A. To unlock this trophy, the player has to complete the final mission of GTA V. Completing any of the three different endings that a player can choose will unlock the trophy.
