Tom is a member of the Epsilon Program who gives Michael certain tasks to complete on Michael’s journey to finding enlightenment.
Tom first appears in the mission ‘Accepting The Truth’, in the storeroom, where he enters after Marnie to talk to Michael. Then, he appears in ‘Delivering The Truth’ where he asks Michael to deliver a Velum to Jimmy Boston at Sandy Shores Airfield.
Finally, he appears in ‘Exercising The Truth‘ along with Jimmy Boston and Marnie where they instruct Michael to run five miles in the desert in his attire while wearing his medal.
Tom wears a white shirt and a blue tie, with a baby blue pullover that has the Epsilon Program logo on it.
