The design of the Tornado is from the 20th Century with the front end being similar to the 1958 Chevrolet Bel Air and the rear end like the 1957 Bel Air. The Tornado has a wide and bulky body. However, the performance of the vehicle is not affected much by its design. The headlights on the front are circular and have a covering that slightly protrudes towards the front. The rear headlights are tiny circles and are located towards the bottom side on the outer edges of the rear bumper. The rear has the Declasse logo while the Tornado lettering is towards the left side of the car above the rear wheel. The Tornado is a very stylish classic vintage sports car with a lot of chrome finishes to add to its beauty. The bumpers, fenders and hood of the tornado can be modified.
There are three variants of the Tornado in GTA V. The first is a clean variant with a solid roof which shares the paintwork with the rest of its body. The second is a convertible and the third is a beater variant which is just like the solid roof variant but with a worn out body and rusty details.

Performance wise this car does not let you down. Even after being heavy, the Declasse Tornado has a top speed of around 98 mph. The handling on this car is satisfactory. It comes with a 4-speed gearbox and an engine modeled after a V8. It is terrible while driving up hills and also isn’t very durable while taking damage. The Tornado is a rear wheel drive.
