There are two different types of tow trucks in the game; one smaller and the other larger, with the body being more like a truck. This Towtruck has a functional towing hitch and roof lights. Its body has an old and rusty texture even after being resprayed. The headlights have circular lamps placed inside squarish light covers. The front bumper is protected by a metal guard which also appears to be rusted and old. Both front and rear bumpers carry license plates. The primary color is applied to the lower half of the body and the secondary color to the upper half, including the roof. This vehicle is powered by a single-cam V8 engine with four double barrel carburetors and a 4-speed gearbox.
This version of the Towtruck looks more like a truck and must be used for heavier towing. The rear end of this vehicle has a large flat bed and squarish tail lights. The same bed carries a large towing rig with dual crane arms and two functioning amber lights on top, which can be activated just like the smaller version. Behind the rear wheels, mudguard flaps can be spotted. This truck as well always spawns with a rusty body texture. It cannot be modified and spawns in random dull colors. The front has a large grille with a metal guard and two small headlights on either side above which are the turn indicators. Below the driver side door there is a cylindrical fuel tank located. This truck is powered by a large twin-cam 4-cylinder engine that is fitted with a large turbocharger and a 4-speed gearbox.
